What are your favorite physical activities or exercises?

Dancing with Dogs,

Mans best, best friend.

Any time,

Any place,

They’ll dance the night away.

No complaints,

No, ‘come back later’

No, chores first……

But infectious, joyful, glee.

That you are dancing with me!

Always by your side,

Never tiring,

Never ceasing to adore you

And the only payment they require,

Is a bowl of food 🍲

Bland as bland can be.

And the only input they require

Is a walk once a day

Which is good for you too.

So walking with dogs

Is by far my most favourite activity.
